Beautiful...

Keep Calm and Carry On...
Beautiful advice for hard times ~ It was one of the three posters printed by the British Government on the eve of the war in 1939.

Are you going to keep calm and carry on?

Love this! I have a framed poster in my house, great little reminder!

I read somewhere in the press that Cath Kidston was attributing her hugely increased annual profits (despite the credit crunch) to this slogan - people are returning to her Laura Ashley-like pastoral designs as a sort of familiar comfort "food" & away from cold minimalism!!

Lovely post!xx

xxxLOL LOLA:)

Love "Keep Calm and Carry On." I have a gold version of the poster hanging in my kitchen. Always a great message to see each day - especially when the kids are having a meltdown as you are about to walk out the door! Love the floor rug version you featured - fabulous!
