The London Marathon...2010

The London Marathon 2010...
The weather was beautiful and it was the Marathon's 30th annivesary.
More than 36,000 participated -- including Princess Beatrice and her friends. The group of 33 were sealed off by a bungee cord forming a human caterpillar and broke the world-record for the biggest number of runners tied together.

Happy Monday to you.

Hi there,
So sorry that I haven't been over to see you. I have so many blogs on my sidebar, it takes up my whole day commenting !!!! I spend so much time on the computer, commenting, I don't seem to get anything else done!! Do you find that !!
Wasn't the marathon wonderful? I love the image of the Mall and the Union Jack's. ... and, I love the way that they run past so many of our London landmarks. It all adds to the wonderful atmosphere.
Enjoy the new week. XXXX

Wow...I am in awe of people that run marathons.
That caterpillar is cool...I wonder what it would have been to run like that?

How fun! I admire all the ones that have the patience and the will power to train for months leading up to a marathon. (I prefer waving with a flag!)

Happy new week to you!
